“Had some problems with placing an order, but the communication from Two Wombats was awesome. They really did go above and beyond what most companies would do. I would make sure to email customerservice@twowombats.com as it seems like their other one is having problems (review made on 26/01/24). Thanks guys, also love that you started using Royal Mail tracked for deliveries.”

“I always find that people are quick to write a bad review warning people not to use a particular service, so I would like to sing the praise of the Two Wombats team. I had a small issue with two items of my delivery which was faulty product, so I decided to message customer support with my issue and within 30 minutes of my email I received a response from a actual person and not a automated reply service which is unheard of in this day and age. My issue was resolved with one email so wasn't wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve. Excellent experience with dispatching my order, my only real grumble would be the courier company that deliver the order and will definitely opt for paid delivery in the future. Another nice touch was the hand written message thanking me for my order and wishing me a happy new year and of course the pack of sweets was another nice touch. I know this is a long review and most people won't even make it to the end but this is a company I will recommend to friends and will definitely be using again, hopefully in the future they will offer a loyalty points system which will be nice.”

“Brilliant customer service. One of the products I ordered was out of stock so they refunded me for that item and gave me 2 alternatives free of charge. I would definitely recommend using two wombats.”

“On first delivery a few pots were missing. Customer service was very quick to respond and sent the remaining items very quickly as well as additional pots. Will definitely be coming back”

“My first parcel did not arrive but I later found out that it had been delivered by mistake to my neighbour but within minutes of my complaint I was offered A refund or for it to be re-sent to my address and I took the option of it to be resent and I’m really happy with the product. And the customer service I received was 2nd to none and therefore I give them five stars.”

“Brilliant, nothing but high remarks for the company on the presentation of the website, selection and even customer satisfaction. I was a bit hesitant to purchase but everything was sound. Shipped my items quickly and was even kind enough to add a note and a bag of sweets, great touch 🤌🏻. I’m definitely going to be buying from again especially with the selection and pricing, better than getting the pouches from all ya big shops.10/10”

“I recently discovered Two Wombats after researching the price of nicotine patches online. I found them to be highly competitive on pricing, with a large selection of products from all of the major manufacturers available. I got free delivery by using their standard delivery service, and even got a small free gift, and a personally signed delivery note with the package. Delivery takes about 2-3 days on the standard delivery service. Overall I am very happy with the company, and will be using it as my go-to supplier.”

“Brilliant website, brilliant products and a brilliant price all backed up by brilliant service! 2nd order was delivered today and never disappointed in the speed of delivery. I only wish I had come across The Two Wombats sooner as I would have saved a packet on pouches compared to the supermarkets. Keep up the great work Team Wombats!”
