“My first parcel did not arrive but I later found out that it had been delivered by mistake to my neighbour but within minutes of my complaint I was offered A refund or for it to be re-sent to my address and I took the option of it to be resent and I’m really happy with the product. And the customer service I received was 2nd to none and therefore I give them five stars.”

“Brilliant, nothing but high remarks for the company on the presentation of the website, selection and even customer satisfaction. I was a bit hesitant to purchase but everything was sound. Shipped my items quickly and was even kind enough to add a note and a bag of sweets, great touch 🤌🏻. I’m definitely going to be buying from again especially with the selection and pricing, better than getting the pouches from all ya big shops.10/10”

“I recently discovered Two Wombats after researching the price of nicotine patches online. I found them to be highly competitive on pricing, with a large selection of products from all of the major manufacturers available. I got free delivery by using their standard delivery service, and even got a small free gift, and a personally signed delivery note with the package. Delivery takes about 2-3 days on the standard delivery service. Overall I am very happy with the company, and will be using it as my go-to supplier.”

“Brilliant website, brilliant products and a brilliant price all backed up by brilliant service! 2nd order was delivered today and never disappointed in the speed of delivery. I only wish I had come across The Two Wombats sooner as I would have saved a packet on pouches compared to the supermarkets. Keep up the great work Team Wombats!”

“Placed order 2 days ago and surprised it turned up as quick as it did before Xmas. Have only been using pouch’s for a few months as a supplement to smoking So really excited to try these different brands. Will 100% use again. Only issue is that one of the box’s looks to be out of BB DATE (full charge white fox - 02-10-2023 ) I’m sure it would be safe to try but would this compromise the flavour ? Or nicotine ?”

“Really great service. I had placed an order which I myself had left to the very last minute to put in. The courier and failed to deliver it next day, which under any other circumstances is completely acceptable, it's Christmas and these guys are working hard. The issue was I was leaving to go to Sweden the day they were able to deliver it. I reached out to Two Wombats and explained it may need to return it as I am leaving the UK. They were very Zen, took responsibility when in fairness it would be easy and understandable to point fingers at the couriers. Told me they would do a full refund should it not turn up in time and we're just generally really pleasant to deal with. I think society forgets that we all have the opportunity to serve others in the work we do and I am always so happy to see that reflected in people. As it was, delivery got here and I have two months supply of Snus. Use these guys, they have excellent customer service. (Namely Lee)”

“Great site - plenty of choice and informative descriptions of products. Delivery was very quick which in itself is impressive especially around Christmas time! Prices are competitive and a little cheaper than other sites. Would 100% recommend and look forward to re-ordering again soon two wombats will definitely be the site I now use regularly! “Best and Cheapest product I have found on the internet better off ordering from Two wombats than going to Tesco or Asda paying £2 more for a pot items arrive within 1-2 days worth the wait will be ordering many times more.”

“This was my first time ordering from Two Wombats. It arrived very quickly but was incorrect. Two Wombats resolved the issue the same day & I received my correct order within 48 hrs. They also included some free samples which I adore & will be definitely ordering next time.
