“Always sceptical ordering from a new store. Especially one with prices this good. Delivery arrived very early and even got a free packet of sweets. 0 complaints. 100% would recommend”

“Bought 5 tubs of mango ice flavoured Pablo pouches very impressed with them, way more flavour to them than the Tacja ones I ordered last time, received two days after ordering and the Haribo is a quality addition thanks again”

“Excellent packaging/ competitive prices/ swift delivery/ amazing products, I’m not a big fan of haribos but it was an amazing surprise in the package next to the handwritten note. If anything, twowombats is underrated. 100% would recommend. Thank you.”

“My first order with Two Wombats was perfect, it arrived quickly and the product was as described, however I did not have a similar case with my latest order. I recently ordered from here and I was disappointed when my order arrived as I ordered a product with 36mg nicotine but was sorely disappoint when I received a MUCH weaker product. I contacted customer support and still haven't received a reply as of yet.”

“Had some problems with placing an order, but the communication from Two Wombats was awesome. They really did go above and beyond what most companies would do. I would make sure to email customerservice@twowombats.com as it seems like their other one is having problems (review made on 26/01/24). Thanks guys, also love that you started using Royal Mail tracked for deliveries.”

“I always find that people are quick to write a bad review warning people not to use a particular service, so I would like to sing the praise of the Two Wombats team. I had a small issue with two items of my delivery which was faulty product, so I decided to message customer support with my issue and within 30 minutes of my email I received a response from a actual person and not a automated reply service which is unheard of in this day and age. My issue was resolved with one email so wasn't wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve. Excellent experience with dispatching my order, my only real grumble would be the courier company that deliver the order and will definitely opt for paid delivery in the future. Another nice touch was the hand written message thanking me for my order and wishing me a happy new year and of course the pack of sweets was another nice touch. I know this is a long review and most people won't even make it to the end but this is a company I will recommend to friends and will definitely be using again, hopefully in the future they will offer a loyalty points system which will be nice.”

“Brilliant customer service. One of the products I ordered was out of stock so they refunded me for that item and gave me 2 alternatives free of charge. I would definitely recommend using two wombats.”

“My first parcel did not arrive but I later found out that it had been delivered by mistake to my neighbour but within minutes of my complaint I was offered A refund or for it to be re-sent to my address and I took the option of it to be resent and I’m really happy with the product. And the customer service I received was 2nd to none and therefore I give them five stars.”
