“Made payment about a week ago. Before making payment, I had a call with customer support agent regarding availability of the tyre. He said "Sir, we have live inventory, if it is showing up on our website then we have stock". I went ahead and placed the order. Week passed and everyday I keep asking for update and they keep saying "we are trying to get confirmation but your tyre will ship out today" and finally I have requested for a refund because they don't have it available. Now they are saying it will take a week for refund so my car is sitting in a workshop without 2 tyres and will sit there for another week or so. All because I was stupid enough to order from these amateurs.”
