“3 day delay seems to be a standard ploy along with alluding to send part order all to hold you off from cancelling order. No response from email addresses pertaining to be from company. emails from 3 different companies tyre-guru/delti.com/tyres.net all unresponsive and designed to fob you off. Horrid experience. Last email from tyre- guru came with SPAM warning.”
“Another company tricking you into believing it a UK company. Bought two tyres off them BIG mistake 4 days later get an email telling me there is a 3 day delay in delivery, next day another email order cancelled with alternative tyres offered! Odd, what kind of a tyre company can't offer anything on 205/50/17. Seems tyre guru do, not only trick on location but also on the tyres they actually have to sell to you, don't waste your time with these clowns they haven't even got the ability to press a PayPal refund button still waiting for my money to be refunded from the tyres they can't provide.
Stay away, you will just waist your time, use blackcircles much better company but more expensive but at least you get your tyres more than than you do with tyre guru.”
“Absolutely appalling. I ordered two tyres on Monday and I was amased how long it took them to dispatch the tyres and give me a tracking number, but it gets MUCH worse. The order arrived at my selected garage on Thursday but I phoned the garage on Friday morning to confirm all was ok and it turns out only one tyre arrived!!!! Tyres Guru then asked me to sign an affidavit to confirm only 1 tyre arrived and to accept full legal liability if this is found to be false!!! They say they have ordered another tyre for me but I will believe it when I see it. I will not be surprised if I have to buy another pair elsewhere and take legal action against them.”
