“Appalling, and clearly a "part time" scam. Money has been paid, but goods have not arrived, and all attempts to contact this business have been met with silence. Have now reported this to my bank as theft and fraud.”

“Never received my books. Tried calling, emailing and contacting them via social media and they never got in contact. This company is a scam!!!!! Do not order anything from them as they’ll take your money and you won’t get anything for it. Avoid at all costs!!! Shame on google as still listing them as an ad when they are clearly a scamming company. It should be removed as an ad immediately!!!!”

“Avoid at all costs! Ordered book nearly 4 weeks ago and still not arrived. Do not use this company!! I have tried contacting them through phone calls and e mails but no response. I have now reported it to my credit card company for them to sort out and hopefully I will get e refund.”

“Ordered two books over two weeks ago and have still not received them, even though the website says arrival within 7 days. The website does state the delivery time could be longer, but that they will email if that's the case, but to this date I have heard nothing from them! I have sent multiple emails to find out where my books are and have also tried calling, but have received no response. They don't even have voicemail! So they have basically taken my money and given me nothing for it!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I initially ordered from them a few months ago and all went well, but judging by this experience and from reading other peoples' reviews, it is clearly a lucky dip as to whether you receive your book/s or not after paying for them. So do not even risk it is my advice!”
