“It's impossible to get through to the company... wondering if they're a scam?”

“Company does not appear to be trading anymore, but the website still allows you to checkout and will take your money. No communication or response to any emails since I placed my order and am now on the process of getting my money refunded via my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!”

“Appalling, and clearly a "part time" scam. Money has been paid, but goods have not arrived, and all attempts to contact this business have been met with silence. Have now reported this to my bank as theft and fraud.”

“Ordered two books over two weeks ago and have still not received them, even though the website says arrival within 7 days. The website does state the delivery time could be longer, but that they will email if that's the case, but to this date I have heard nothing from them! I have sent multiple emails to find out where my books are and have also tried calling, but have received no response. They don't even have voicemail! So they have basically taken my money and given me nothing for it!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I initially ordered from them a few months ago and all went well, but judging by this experience and from reading other peoples' reviews, it is clearly a lucky dip as to whether you receive your book/s or not after paying for them. So do not even risk it is my advice!”
