“Bought two accounts for Fortnite. One listed as having sparkle specialist and several other OG skins and it didn't have sparkle specialist or ANY OG skins. They issued a “partial refund” after spending over a week emailing. Absolutely not. The second account was supposed to have Travis Scott and it didn't, nor did it have any decent skins. Also issues a partial refund. So i paid for two junk accounts and got partially refunded for both of them. This website is trash”
“Beware using U7Buy. The service used to be excellent but since the start of 2025, it's been a disaster. I have used them for 3 transactions on FC26, all three were severely delayed, and 2 of them had the wrong coin amounts delivered.
For the first incorrect amount, they quickly resolved and apologised.
For the second issue, which happened yesterday, I was only transferred 1.6m of the agreed 2m amount. After much back and forth, I was told they wouldn't be honouring the full amount, with no resource or reasoning.”

Delayed my coins for 2 hours, then 6, then 10, then 24, then 48 hours and I still haven't gotten my coins. Might even result in a ban because its gonna be 2 days and I haven't been able to get into my account and play. No resolution from their customer service, they just keep telling me to wait.”
