“Sadly, I have to write a negative review about a company I really respect.
I made a purchase in a sale period and I forgot to include the VAT number of my company in the checkout. Ten minutes after the purchase I wrote to let them know they should include that number in the billing information.
A week later they wrote me back telling me it's impossible to change the billing info and the only option for me is to ask for a refund on the plugin and buy it again BUT as the sale period is over... I have to pay full price, which means 149 euros (vs sale price which was 75).
So 75 euros for including a VAT number in my bill. Sad, very sad.”
