“Fantastic service, quite literally couldn’t ask for anything more. After an awful experience with a competitor, I found Uber Kids, and couldn’t be happier. I placed an order for a new car seat for my toddler at 2.35pm on Monday. The item was dispatched at 7.30pm that same day, and delivered before 9.30am on Tuesday. This was all on the free, standard delivery. I was literally blown away. The price for the seat was also very competitive. Thank you so much Uber Kids!!”

“Great service. I needed a specific product that only a few stores supply. Delivered within the time advised, lovely friendly people when I phoned customer support who were able to help with my query straight away. Will definitely use this company again.”

“I was a bit worried reading the reviews here after I’ve placed my order with uberkid and really needed to get my stroller ASAP! On the website it said dispatch 1 day. I had payed for express delivery next day and when it was getting late and it hadn’t arrived I called them up. Customer service was so nice and friendly. She looked into my order and noticed that my stroller wasn’t to arrive into the warehouse until the following day which was a Friday. She then advices me that when you place your order the dispatch date will come up in your basket. I had payed for weekday delivery and was going away the following Tuesday with bank holiday on the Monday! The lady advices me that my stroller wouldn’t arrive until the Tuesday so I told her that we we’re going away that day.. I asked if the delivery could be changed to the Saturday and she said she would sort his out for me. I still held my breath until Saturday due to the reviews on here. However at 8 am Saturday morning Parcelforce knocks on the door with my stroller. I have to say I’ve received nothing but the best customer service, friendly and very helpful. I wish I got the name of the lady helping me last Thursday! I just want to say thank you, you saved our holiday!! And I will definitely be ordering from Uberkids again.”

“I bought the cosatto woosh stroller on a Sunday morning and I had it delivered to my door in the early hours on wensday. The price was the cheapest on the internet and very good customer. I highly recommend uber kids.”

“I ordered a car seat for 1/2/3 groups to France. 130 euro cheaper than anywhere else. I was ready for any inconveniences and even a failed delivery. But the seat arrived safe and sound within 3 working days (UPS standard delivery) right to my doorstep. I highly recommend!”

“Originally ordered a car seat from another company but after waiting 3/4weeks, then being told that it would be another 2 weeks and again yesterday being told it would be another 2week, I cancelled the order. I then rang Uberkids to check stock. Great joy...they had plenty. Ordered it and it has just turned up...next day delivery, not even asked for that. Excellent service from Uberkids and their carrier. Should have gone to them first of all. Joie stages 0+/1/2 car seat is brilliant. Already have one for our granddaughter who is 3yrs old. Bought this one for new grandson. Perfect.”

“Ordered new stroller at a fab price on the Saturday, unfortunately my bank decided to stop the payment for security reasons. First thing Monday morning Amy from Uber contacted me, processed again and emailed me back to confirm the order had been successfully placed. Received a message later on Monday advising it had been despatched on economy 3-5 days as requested. Stroller delivered by parcel force at 9.30am next morning. Cannot fault this company in any way and would definitely use again.”

“Bought Chicco next to me crib from them. The one l wanted was out of stuck but they were very helpful and offered to send me a different one if l wanted and it was slightly more expensive too !!! Customer service was excellent.”
