“It's been my first time using the flowwow flower delivery service. My sister turned 18 and I wanted to make her happy by giving her an impressive bouquet. It was important to get it delivered as I wanted it to be a surprise. On flowwow I found delivery to the address I needed, filtered out the sellers with the best rating and selected a bouquet. The feedback was nice, the comments said that couriers were never late. I made a payment and started monitoring the order. Somehow, there was a delay in the delivery status update, it said that the bouquet was not delivered yet, but I already got a thank you message from my sis. The status was not updating, I was getting nervous but as it turned out there was no point in worrying. The flowers were delivered, the photo of the bouquet was exceptional, fresh, bright flowers. Thanks for not failing me!”

“This was my first time using the service to order a gift in another country. At first I couldn't add the address, but with a second try it worked. Before the payment, I texted the support guys, just to make sure I put all the details correctly. Conveniently, there is no need to wait for a confirmation call, everything is in the app. The seller first sent a photo of flowers in a chat, and after my approval they handed them over to the courier. And I could track the delivery in the app. This is a real killer feature! The delivery was on time and flowers looked even better than the picture. I think I'll keep ordering gifts here!”

“A convenient and easy way to make a pleasant surprise, even from another city. I often spoil my wife with bouquets, I even added one shop to my favourites, as she likes the flowers on offer there. In general, the service is well thought out: there are reviews and the seller's rating, a chat right in the app. The ordering is quick, I added my card for payment, it's even easier. The app itself works fine, the order status and address are displayed correctly. I like the fact that you can choose urgent delivery and in a couple of hours a courier arrives with a beautiful bouquet. By the way, the flowers come fresh, they last a long time and make my wife happy.”

“A great service for ordering gifts very quickly. The app is also well designed, you can save the map and addresses and not waste time inserting this information. I have made about 8 orders so far, delivery was delayed only once. The shop warned me in advance, so it's all worked out. The sellers are very nice, they send pictures before shipping, so everything goes smoothly. I also like the loyalty program, for every order I get bonus points, I want to spend them on my next order.”

“This is my first order here and I think it won't be my last. I wanted to wow my mother with a big bouquet of flowers for her anniversary, but nearby shops refused to deliver such a huge bouquet. On the Flow wow website, I found several options and decided to opt for peonies. The seller confirmed the order immediately and sent me a picture of the bouquet. I was actually more worried about the delivery, but the courier arrived without any delays. The peonies were stunning, just like in the picture, even after 10 years they still looked good.”

“Everything was fine except for the payment failure. The second attempt was successfull though. The app itself is easy to use, the interface is user friendly. There's a great number of handy filters that help you quickly find the flowers or the present you need. If I need express delivery, I choose the respective time filter and select the bouquet I like from the proposed options. When you place an order, its status can be tracked on a real time basis, I’ve come across this feature in bouquet delivery for the first time at Flowwow. Impressing!”

“Flowwow offers high-quality bouquets, a wide range of flowers, quick delivery. I’m also extremely happy that they have customer support, which can help if anything goes wrong, they never leave any questions unanswered, start working on your issues in no time. The employees are polite and very friendly! Delivery and couriers are also impeccable, they are doing an outstanding job. All my orders have been delivered right on time and have been excellently made. I haven’t noticed any serious drawbacks, but a couple of times, the order statuses have failed to be updated. I use the app often so I’d like to get this drawback sorted out.”
