However, It’s not just wear and tear they look terrible after a year and I’m using it casually and I’m a teacher! I’m not walking in dirt and it has glue coming out. I also don’t wear these in summer !! The reason you guys have such a short warranty and don’t stand by your products is cause they’re terrible. Everyone online talks about it. I will be letting people know how terrible your shoes and customer service is online. I’m very unhappy and you have no customer service.
You also don’t stand by your products. I have an old pair from 2003 and it’s not perfect but not as ugly and deformed as this one.
Do better you guys shoes are horrible and so is your customer service. And you’re offering nothing to even make me want to purchase these horrible shoes again. Keep your repair program I’ll just throw these in the garbage like my last pair!!!”
“I purchased a robe, not even a month ago, washed once, worn 3 - 5 times for about an hour. Pocket not sewn properly, as I wore it, they will not exchange it. Not a cheap item, expect much more from UGG. I have bought other items in the passed (boots, sheets) and boots have held up good, sheets not great. But thought a robe would be good, that it would have perhaps gone through a bit of scrutiny before sending out as an approved clothing item that should last years.”

“My Ugg boots had a deep groove in the sole, presumably for foot arch support, but this, combined with a gravel driveway and polished wooden floors, resulting in regular damage to my flooring (stones caught in the groove), so I had a choice of binning my boots, changing flooring or a new driveway. Boots were binned. I told Ugg UK, who couldn’t care less.”
“I was extremely disappointed with the service received as i ordered 2 items on 15/12/17 and was given a delivery time of 4 days. I contacted customer service on 22/12/17 as the items had not been received and they were Christmas presents and was told they would arrive over the weekend and would definitely be in time for Christmas. They arrived on 27th.
I have contacted them since and been offered a 50% refund but to date have not received this.”
