From my screenshots attached you will see examples of where I requested a refund for government fees that were to be paid to the Australian government once I had received my EOI and UIS were to apply on my behalf. However I never got an invite and so I requested a refund on the government fees UIS have been withholding.
This request went on deaf ears so I requested a charge back through my bank. Uis submitted documents against this request with false information. I then submitted a review on a different review site with information of my experience. Uis did not like this and then tried to reach out to me and see what the issue was. When I explained to there customer service department what had happened they tried to apologise and tell me there were looking into it. They sent me on a wild goose chase between blaming my bank for not processing the refund which they said they had accepted (UIS had not accepted this refund). Then they apologised for this and told me they were going to sort with their account department (they did not process the refund once again). They have now turned back on their first statement and locking it that it is the banks issue and to wait for them to come back with an update on the charge back ( once again the charge back dispute had already been completed 2 months ago at this stage and they knew they had rejected the chargeback request, but they were just trying to distract me once again).
To finish, the requested refund is for government fees withheld by UIS($4212 AUS dollar). I have paid thousands to UIS previous to this fee, I am not disputing these fees as those payments were my own fault to have paid so much for nothing in return. All I ask is that they refund the government fees which I am entitled to.”
“When I invested and made a small profit, everything appeared promising. However, shortly after, I was asked to pay a large sum of money quickly under a deposit agreement. I complied and made more profit. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, they demanded a significant tax, which made me suspicious. I decided not to give them any more money despite their persistent persuasion. In the end, they closed my account, proving they were a fraudulent company. After trying to contact them for weeks, their responses were unhelpful, giving false information about payments. Fortunately, M:A D A (C) O-V(I)'X Y Z became involved and successfully assisted me in getting my money back.”

Nobody needs their services, which they should make clear when they first contact you (upon nobody's request) right away but of course they don't. Don't know how they got my information (phone number and name) as I never subscribed to anything with them but they called me the day after I registered on australian immigration services offering their services. As I thought it was part of the "official " process to get the visa, I agreed. They then charged me with ridiculously high amounts for services that demanded at most 20 minutes of work if not even less. After I understood it was an absolute scam, I tried to abort the process and get my money back. At that time I had paid ~330€ and then ~1150€. The last payment occurred the day before the day I reclaimed my money back and those clowns only offered to reimburse less than 600 €.
The official visa process took me about 2h and cost me 380€. I got the visa grant in the same day I applied.
If I could put less than a star, I would.”
“Do not use this service! I hired them Aug of 2022. It is Jan of 2024 and I never received my visa. On top of that they submitted the wrong visa. I had to withdraw and start over. One of the agents I spoke with was nice and helpful which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The member Alex is the money collection person and does not take the time to explain anything. He uses fear to make you feel like you need to pay. He lied to me about accepting the ITA - that it will hurt me getting a visa if I do not accept that day (I asked two different lawyers about no accepting ITA and they told me what he told me was wrong). The company does not tell you upfront how much anything is. I knew it would be expensive but they blindside you with the cost. I have been emailing them since I had to withdraw my application but no one will respond. Find an immigration lawyer - it's cheaper. Do not use this company!
Update #1: I emailed UIS on 2 Jan and they said they would get back to me in 48-72hrs. I emailed on 9 Jan as I hadn't heard back from them. I emailed again on 20 Jan as I still hadn't heard anything. I made a review elsewhere and less than 24 hours they responded. Less than 24 hours after that they called. It's been 2 weeks and I got one follow-up after I emailed them again. They are still looking into my case. Will update again when I hear back.”
“Stay away from this agency,nothing but lies to get your money.They'll tell you that you are eligible for visa without even asking or checking your documents and force you to pay a ridiculous amount saying if you don't pay now,visa rules change every day and you won't get in ,the initial amount is for another eligibility assessment test which at the starting they said there are 60 plus visas and the can easily get us in but when the result came it was just one visa a visa you mentioned you didn't want to follow through. Emailed and called customer relations but someone else will pick up and say your case handler is absent or busy and they will get back to you,which they will never,finally the customer relations Emailed me to which I replied back not more than 30 minutes later complained about the incomplete service but no reply back and since then no reply nor do they attend calls,so stay away from these cheats!!!”

“In April 2022 I looked into moving to Australia, I contacted UIS who initially were super friendly and helpful. I did the survey and according to them I would have no issue in immigrating, I paid the money and the process began. I was told they would help me find employment and I was made allsorts of promises that were never fulfilled after payment was made. As they were not helping with employment I found my own (not a big deal as my line of work is sort after in Australia). Of the numerous potential employers I sent in their direction UIS had an issue with ALL of them, it was one excuse after another. At one stage they informed me that the employer was not offering enough money / salary and the minimum amount for immigration was 180k per year (which is ridiculous).
I eventually found an employer who stated "we need you in our company, come to Australia and we will arrange everything" to which I did. The employer used their own agent who arranged everything with no issues whatsoever. The new agent sent numerous email requests to UIS Australia requesting an itemised bill and that UIS should refund me part of my 4850 USD (American Dollars). After months of no reply I tried calling UIS but they never answered or returned my requests for a call back. As a last resort I tricked them into thinking I was someone else so they would call me. The call was short and blunt and followed by an email that stated "As per our T's and C's you are not eligible for any form of a refund".
The reason for my review is to caution other people from using them. I have physically been to their address that they have listed on their webpage and they DO NOT EXIST.....They are not based in Australia and I do not believe they are legit. If you read their webpage they state "we use MARA approved agents" which means they themselves are not MARA agents. Also, the MARA number they use is for an agent who I questioned and they have never heard of UIS. The Australian embassy has also never heard of UIS.
I am currently investigating how I can report them to the Australian home affairs and to get them closed down or listed. ABSOLUTE SCAM AGENTS..”
