“In April 2022 I looked into moving to Australia, I contacted UIS who initially were super friendly and helpful. I did the survey and according to them I would have no issue in immigrating, I paid the money and the process began. I was told they would help me find employment and I was made allsorts of promises that were never fulfilled after payment was made. As they were not helping with employment I found my own (not a big deal as my line of work is sort after in Australia). Of the numerous potential employers I sent in their direction UIS had an issue with ALL of them, it was one excuse after another. At one stage they informed me that the employer was not offering enough money / salary and the minimum amount for immigration was 180k per year (which is ridiculous).
I eventually found an employer who stated "we need you in our company, come to Australia and we will arrange everything" to which I did. The employer used their own agent who arranged everything with no issues whatsoever. The new agent sent numerous email requests to UIS Australia requesting an itemised bill and that UIS should refund me part of my 4850 USD (American Dollars). After months of no reply I tried calling UIS but they never answered or returned my requests for a call back. As a last resort I tricked them into thinking I was someone else so they would call me. The call was short and blunt and followed by an email that stated "As per our T's and C's you are not eligible for any form of a refund".
The reason for my review is to caution other people from using them. I have physically been to their address that they have listed on their webpage and they DO NOT EXIST.....They are not based in Australia and I do not believe they are legit. If you read their webpage they state "we use MARA approved agents" which means they themselves are not MARA agents. Also, the MARA number they use is for an agent who I questioned and they have never heard of UIS. The Australian embassy has also never heard of UIS.
I am currently investigating how I can report them to the Australian home affairs and to get them closed down or listed. ABSOLUTE SCAM AGENTS..”
“When I first got in to Contact with UIS Australia their willingness to help was almost too good to be true. Well it was too good to be true. Ince they received the money and I insisted that I want a breakdown of all possible costs involved, I was refused this. Alex simply said “no” , once the evacuation is done we will look at next steps. I kindly requested the information and if this could bot be provided I want a refund. I then Got contacted by Gabriella, which I did not take the call, and after receiving her mail that she was trying to contact me, I once again requested the information and that I would be happy to set up a call once I have all the costs involved. Still nothing. I have since contacted them three times to refer me to the refunds department and guess what? Still NOTHING.
Seems like they are willing to help until they get money. As soon as you ask more questions about what other costs are involved they give you an average of $2000-$7000 to complete the process. All I wanted to know was the breakdown of how they get to such an amount. The dishonesty and lack of information they provide is nauseating.
I am no longer interested in their service and want my money back.”
“Do not use UIS Australia! I am a doctor from South Africa and explained to UIS Australia on my initial call that I only wanted to proceed if I can go across as an Orthopaedic surgeon. I was given the confirmation I can and it has been done for many in the past. I was explained that the application is over 3 stages. I have paid fully for each stage and I have received nothing back! Absolutely nothing. I have subsequently found out I cannot come across to Australia as an Orthopaedic surgeon. I have requested UIS to refund me just the final stage 3 amount I paid and they are refusing despite having done absolutely nothing! Do not use!”

I joined UIS Australia as I have a busy life and thought it would be simpler and easier when applying for a permanent residency. The first lady I spoke to seemed friendly and informative so I signed up. As soon as I paid the money (nearly £4000), I was suddenly passed to a different person who was terrible; didn't send information she said she would, didn't reply for weeks and I was constantly chasing. When I complained, all that happened was a different person would answer my emails and no acknowledgement of my complaint. This happened four times with a total of five people before I requested a cancellation of service and refund. I was also receiving conflicting information/advice from these people. I still to this day have not received a breakdown of costs (just a lump sum invoice), neither have I received a list of expected additional costs. I still don't actually understand what the substantial amount of money is for! I have been mislead and misinformed throughout and they justify NO REFUND because they have put working hours towards my case; no applications have been made on my behalf yet I have provided all the information required quickly and efficiently. I even quoted the multiple terms and conditions THEY have breached but once again, this was not even acknowledged. I am now in the process of complaining to MARA as they have also breached that code of conduct. Hopefully other people will also do this to help bring UIS Australia to justice.”
“My experience with UIS is that they misrepresented their services, did not provide services in a timely fashion, and when I terminated the relationship and disputed the charges, they became threatening and used intimidation tactics to try to keep me from reporting them. There are far better organizations to work with.”

They just want your money.
They sell you all process for 1495€ - evaluation and all help till you get the visa - and then they just give you a pdf with some information that you can easily get from internet and from the immigration government website.
They made my evaluation without any valid ID just to send me something so they have an excuse to can’t refund me.
I asked my refund as soon as I understood that this was just a scam, I sent several emails, they told me to wait 48hours and one week after they sent me an email evaluation. After I said several times that I didn’t want it. Because I paid for all process and not just for some pdf information.
They have all conversation recorded so no excuses to return all my money.
Like I read on many other reviews after you report it they offer you 300AUD. But we paid 1495AUD!
Do not trust this company!!!

Ich war unerfahren und dachte ich erhalte professionelle Hilfe für Studenten Visa meiner Töchter. Nachdem ich innert 3 Stunden 1800 US$ per Kreditkarte bezahlt habe und einen Tag später meine Bedenken kundtat, wollte ich alles auflösen. Nach vielen Mails hin und her wurde mir eine Rückzahlung von 900US$ versprochen. Heute, 4 Monate später immer noch keine Rückzahlung. Wenn ich genügend Finanzen hätte würde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Eine Schande für die Unternehmerwelt, eine Schande für die Australische Behörde. So etwas muss unterbunden werden. Also bitte lasst die Finger von UIS Australia. Reine Geldabzocke!!!!!! 😡”
