“I feel like I'm being scammed.
Been using Interparcel for a number of years but will no longer use them as they have become totally unreliable.
The Interparcel DPD Air option service is not fit for purpose. They should immediately remove this service from their website.
On numerous occasions when using the DPD AIR option there has been no attempt to deliver the package to our overseas customers. We have even liaised with our customers who have informed us that no attempt has been made by DPD to deliver the package or even contact them using their contact number & email address we provided when making the booking!
Interparcel then have the audacity to charge you a surcharge fee for the return of the package which they didn't even attempt to deliver!
This has happened now on numerous occasions and it is disgraceful practice.
When you try & explain whats going on to their billing department they're not interested & insist you have to pay the surcharge!
We have asked on numerous occasion for a manager to ring us to discuss the issue we're having & we're still waiting!
Such poor customer service!”
