“Like many others, I’d give it zero if I could. My return flight was changed, so I called to tell them, they asked me to text the number with my new details, which I did, 4 days in advance, no response, so 3 days later I called them again, same response, just text, which I did and I got a reply saying ‘call us when you land’.
Which I did, only to be told I had not come in at the right time, I told them I had told them already and had a response. The guy in the phone, rudely said, no one told him, he told me to waiting in the terminal and he’d call me back. 45 mins later, no call back, so I contacted them again, to be told ‘ might be an hour, we’re busy’ when the hour elapsed I decided to come to them, even though I’d paid for meet and greet, so I called to say I was on my way and they really didn’t want me it their compound, asking me to stay in the terminal, but I was already on the bus.
I found their compound, which was a dirty yead surrounded my makeshift wooden fences and my car was filthy. There was none there so I called again to be told someone was on their way, which took another 40 mins, and told this was all my fault for changing my flight. So over 2 hours after clearing security, I had my filthy car, which had an extra 30 miles on it since I left it with them, for a 3 mile drive to the compound.
Avoid at all costs.”
“An utter disgrace of a company. I was issued with a PCN which I appealed by sending a scan of my ticket for the day in question. They refused my appeal saying the offence took place the previous day even though they provided no evidence nor issued a PCN for that day. They now refuse to answer my emails. Avoid, they are scammers.”
