“I was after a product that was out of stock (River systems treadle feeders). The company promised to keep me informed on its arrival which they did. Once in stock the products arrived next day, great customer service all round. Will be using again for my poultry supplies.”

“Probably one of the best online companies I have had dealings with. One of my orders was lost delivered to another address by the courier. Poultry Supplies did not prevaricate and posted out replacements, everything dealt with in a quick, polite and professional manner truly a breath of fresh air in the normal missing deliveries saga you can receive from the majority of companies. One of my orders was missing some minor fixings (manufacturing error) this again is being dealt with in the same manner as above. I will continue to use this company for my poultry-related purchases. Well done............... Robin”

“The new chicken nest boxes were easy to assemble and make collecting the eggs even easier. Chickens being chickens it took them a couple of days to work out what they were, but by creating a straw nest inside each box with their bedding they soon learnt what to do. Now there is now straw needed and the eggs roll away clean ever time.”
