“Non existent customer service if there are any problems or anything goes wrong. I've had a terrible time with them and wasted hours and hours.
Virtually impossible to contact by telephone and even if you succeed they will probably ask you to send an email - sent several but they do not answer them.
Have a look what other people say about them on Trust Pilot too. I've NEVER come across such awful customer service and heard of so many faulty goods from one company.”
