“Ordered working builder gloves. They sent me completly different ones which been advertised. Ive called.them explained wgat had happened and they lady said they do not accept returns and refunds however on their website this not appear. Next day i called again spoke to a different person she acdepted the return and i asked about the postage to be refunded she said they will refund the purchase and the postage ammount. I did get the price of the gloves back but i never got the amount for the postage which was over 10pounds as it was 30pairs of gloves. So large parcell. I did complain again about it she asked a pictured of the postage receipt which ive sent to them but never heard anything since. Useless company.”
