“Really friendly helpful people and seem very interested in exactly what we wanted and why. However the phone calls were very constant and sometimes to much and more time was needed to just let us think instead of ringing immediately after seeing each venue.”

“I found this website to be really good, but communication from the company could have been better to be honest as I had to keep chasing them to send me a confirmation text message of the venues I was going to see. But overall I got a great deal and I am happy with the saving I have made.”

“I've had an email stating they are happy that they helped me chosen venue. They didn't help me. They booked two appointments for me, of which I didn't chose!!!”

“I arrived at "normal', because certain aspects were outstandingly good, whilst others were way below standard. The gardens were beautiful, most of the venue's rooms were nice, although the dance room was a bit small. The things that were way below standard was that my 'walking down the isle music' was played at the wrong time - because the receptionist 'was on the phone'. When it was played eventually at the right time, it was played at much too low a volume, which rather took away its effect. - We were, at the time, given two glasses of champagne by way of apology. - My name posted at the entrance was misspelled. We were not given the two left over wedding cakes, even though we asked at the reception before leaving. I was eventually given a refund of their monetary value - which took several months, and did not quite make up for the loss. All in al, it was a very pleasant venue, but it was a shame not enough attention was paid to some important details - which rather dampened the whole experience.”
