“I had a very poor experience with this practice - the dentist that I saw was in my opinion arrogant & rude, didn't present me with the full range of options, attempted to maximize the cost of the treatment by charging for unnecessary work and was dismissive & impatient.
When I told the (very pleasant) reception staff that I wouldn't be completing my treatment, they told me to expect a call from the practice manager for feedback - this call never came, I think that says it all.
Don't use this dentist if you expect to be respected & valued as a customer.....”
