“I ordered disposable on 15.02 , received a mail that I will get them on 17.02. It was for present . But today is 2.03 and I still waiting. Wrote to the support and they didn’t answer. They are scammers . I want my money back. Don’t buy anything from this cheaters . They only want money. They don’t care, will you receive your order or not”
“Ordered my items & received the wrong 1’s. Kindly posted them back at my cost of postage (has not been refunded) & received correct items. 1 disposable vape had leaked into the sealed packaging, reported it right away. Seemingly it was “only a little bit”. Eventually opened the leaking vape 1 week later & it was empty, not “only a little bit” like I was smartly told twice via email. It was then implied I was at it as I had taken a week to open the damaged vape. Why did I need to open right away? I was using a vape already so had no need to open any others right away. Avoid at all costs! Wrong order, damaged order & just a stinking attitude when I said the vape was empty!”
“There should be a minus star button for this company. I purchased well over £100 from them and 2 of the items were faulty, they won’t replace them and the smartness and abuse on email they have sent is disgusting. Avoid them at all costs.”
“Before you buy any e-liquid from this company send them an email to ask best before date on the e-liquid, I purchased 15 bottles of e-liquid from them was delivered yesterday and every bottle best before date was the 4/3/22 surely it should be at least 1 year best before date, terrible customer service”

I’ve had to go back to cigarettes due to the good people at ukecigstore neglecting to include one in the vape itself, instead making you pay for one separately on the website. It makes you think there is one already included by using the wording ‘additional battery’ when selecting add ons. Ridiculous and absolutely disgusted. Will not be returning and will be letting people know my experience.”
