“I’ve used this site several times before and had no issue but am not happy with the last order. I paid for the items but nothing has arrived. I was told 6 days ago their bank account had been closed but still not received a refund. I’m concerned that this company may have now closed down but the website still allows orders.”

“I’ve been a very loyal customer but they have now decided to scam me!!! They blame banking issues and have said they have issued a refund but I’ve not received it! I will obviously delete this if it gets sorted”

“Scamers. They will sell you products for a few times till you feel confident with sending then money they then they will tell you that their bank has been closed and you will have to claim to your bank that you have been fraud to claim your money back”

“Selective scamming, send your payment oh no their bank has been closed down and you will not recieve your order OR a refund, this is the second time its happened i guess i am an idiot for returning to be scammed again. STAY AWAY”

“I've lost £60 through using this business with their banking problems which in fact was their fault and they did not honer my order or give me any compensation for this so I'm out of pocket and not them”

“They have not sent my order of £200 order. They are blaming issues with their bank. But I have heard this song and dance lots of times before. And it is not my fault. The issues are on your end. You are making HUGE amounts of profit. You should still be honoring my order if the bank issue is even genuine. But it really seems more like they selectively scam people. They are legit a lot of the time (some products are to be avoided however), but then they will scam you every now and again. I have been shopping with them from their very start and have seen and experienced many different type of things happen. I will update this review if they fix things and the situation changes.”
