“I usually detest dealing with insurers. They are usually unable to provide the documents I need up front, cannot answer basic questions at first or even second attempt and pester me with pushy phone calls. Dealing with UKInsuranceNet was a breath of fresh air. A very customer friendly web site, email queries on cover answered promptly (even on a Sunday), concisely and unambiguously and a minor change to the policy schedule made without fuss or charge. |They made buying insurance relatively painless.”

“The insurance policy application was carried out over the phone, taking approx half an hour. The advisor/agent dealt with my application in a friendly, helpful and effective manner with the policy content(cover) being clearly explained. At no point was the advisor pushy or coercive.”
