“The responsiveness and advice were very good. Overall excellent service so far. One thing I would advise for the future would be to not necessarily concentrate on the lowest price of insurance when providing advice but to check what criteria are most important to the customer.”

“I can only review the purchasing of the policy not the policy itself. It was quick and easy. The only part that got a bit tricky was when having to find out the cost of rebuilding the property. Thankfully the website had a handy link to another site that could provide an estimate. It was easy to use the website and policy documents were easy to understand.”

“Responded quickly to my call. Advisor spoke calmly throughout the quite lengthy procedure making sure I understood all the conditions. I was given a couple of quotes immediately and the documents were sent via Email for my perusal straight after acceptance. Very efficient indeed.”
