“Very efficient service - quick response to initial enquiry, comprehensive and competitive quotations, friendly, helpful, detailed advice from representative and prompt response to my questions and follow up to ensure that policy documentation had been received. Although I am based in Japan but arranging the insurance of a property in the UK the whole process was conducted in a smooth, professional and wholly satisfactory manner.”

“The sales part of the Insurance certainly seems very good. Importantly documents arrived safely and as far as I can totally compliant to the Insurance rules. Whilst the cost I thought was quite high I really don't mind paying for a good efficient service. Luckily I havn't had to mount a claim so far which is of course the real test of a good policy and service.”
