“Efficient with annual renewal reminders; good telephone service. Happy all round.”

“Whilst I have always found your company easy to deal with, I was very disappointed that at my recent renewal the premium had increased by 44% and it wasn’t until I queried it that I was given any form of explanation. Even then, the only explanation was the pandemic, although I fail to see how that could result in an increase in house insurance claims and premiums.”

“We have been with UKinsuranceNet since May 2007 mainly because of their customer service. The staff are friendly and they will do their best to achieve the cheapest renewal quote every year. “Very poor services, took out a policy through them on 27th April, paid their fee, and have yet to receive any documents or correspondence about my policy and the insurance provider doesn't respond to emails and so far have not paid for my policy as they have not sent my a payment schedule or direct debit.”
