“I rang a number of times as I wanted to make sure I was getting the right cover and the lady I spoke too was very patient and explained everything clearly as did the other people I spoke to.”

“I,m very disappointed with UK insurance net. I made a claim for storm damage to a roof on my landlords insurance. It's been three months and I,ve heard nothing except my premium for two properties has doubled. What's the point of being insured if you have to pay double for an outstanding claim. I may as well save my money and just buy a new roof. I,ve been with this company for 12 years and now find they,re good at taking your money but not good at paying out.”

“Having spent a very frustrating time trying to identify an insurer to cover an unoccupied property, I contacted UKinsuranceNET. What a breath of fresh air they were - Andrea provided exceptional customer service - she was efficient, proactive and very knowledgeable.
