“I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment upon this side of things however the company have been prompt and have excellent communications regarding renewal deadlines. They have also been of great assistance regarding periods of non occupancy and made the whole experience less intimidating than it could have been.”

“I spoke to two agents as had to change my policy. Both were outstanding in their customer service, being extremely polite and helpful and just nice people to talk to. As I had to change my policy for reasons to do with my mortgage, I received a full refund on my unwanted policy with no additional effort from my side. Will definitely be using this company again!”

“It was really easy to work with this company. I made the initial contact on line and then they phoned me from the UK to Australia at the time I had arranged with them. They went through the insurance options with me and then sent them via email so that I could check them out again at my leisure. It was a really efficient service and It was totally unpressured.”

“Overall pleased and will use them again. However, there was a problem with an email address I replied to. I had to make a follow-up call and got told the sales team don't get a certain email address. This is an admin issue and needs to be resolved. The staff, price and service otherwise were excellent.”
