“Simply the lowest prices I can find, but from the same insurers. The price rises have been steep, but I can’t better the renewal quote so I stay with them. Easy to deal with, as unlike so many companies, they are happy to answer the phone and discuss your needs.”

“I was pretty disappointed and shocked that our renewal fee was so high and so much higher (way back inflation) than last year. I asked for them to confirm what a new customer would be offered but they were not willing to disclose this information.”

Dr Knott & Miss Girardot, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. We always present you with the best policy option for the coming year. On this occasion staying with your existing insurer was the lowest premium we had, pricing is difficult as is dictated by insurers and we always do our best to negotiate the best rate for you.
