“Excellent service via email and able to sort and pay for policy all online. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness to emails and for making this so simple for me to do. (By comparison, another company phoned in the middle of my night, many insist on having a UK mailing address, some only have the free-phone numbers which cannot be dialled international and another has no way to pay by website - does not work for overseas landlord polcies!).”

“I needed to insure my mother's unoccupied home following her move to a nursing home. I made an on-line enquiry and an adviser phoned me within a few minutes. She was easy to deal with, and explained everything I needed to know in language I could understand. I asked for a quote and policy documents and they arrived by e-mail within a few minutes. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process, and it made it easy for me to make a decision to accept the quote and set up the insurance with UKinsuranceNET.”
