Excellent service via email and able to sort and pay for policy all online. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness to emails and for making this so simple for me to do.
(By comparison, another company phoned in the middle of my night, many insist on having a UK mailing address, some only have the free-phone numbers which cannot be dialled international and another has no way to pay by website - does not work for overseas landlord polcies!).
