“The operator I spoke to was very helpful and patient and guided me through the whole process, finding me a policy that was just right for my situation (insuring an empty property that is being sold). He was very quick to respond to my email with my requirements, he got back to me after the weekend, and took a lot of time to talk me through the procedure. Obviously I hope I never have to make a claim, but if this is how your company operates then I'm sure all would go smoothly. Very impressed so far!”

“I was very pleased with the whole process. Having been shocked by a quote for insurance from a company associated with my mortgage provider, I thought it was worth a call to UK Insurance Net just to check - it was well worth it as it saved me over £300 on my new Buy To Let Landlords insurance! Discussing over the phone was easy and reassured me that I'd given all the information honestly and not misunderstood any online questions. Will make a point of calling them first next time.”
