“The renewal process was very quick, once we had synchronised wrt email addresses etc. I renewed by phone and it was all done in one session. I think I got an economical price, but one thing I can't comment on is the ease, or otherwise, of making a claim, since I've never made one. My "very good" is based only on the policy selection process and price. Hopefully I won't have to test the "claims" bit!”

“I recently set up an unoccupied property insurance policy with UKinsuranceNet through your Sales Advisor, Michael Evans. He spent time with me on the phone on more than one occasion, showed an interest, was attentive and concerned to understand my particular situation and needs. Everything was explained carefully, including all possible options. Michael stayed in touch and was very supportive, reassuring and positive. He displayed a 'can-do' attitude when establishing the cover and the excellent help and support he gave in dealing with an area of insurance in which I had no previous experience was greatly appreciated. He provided outstanding customer service and was a first-rate ambassador for your company - I was extremely grateful for his assistance.
