“I was very impressed with the Customer Service when I rang to discuss my renewal their Sales Team provided a far more competitive quote. I was then emailed a copy with a direct telephone number to ring to discuss the quote further. When I advised I would think about the quote, the Sales Representative did not badger me but emailed me with a reminder and when I accepted the quote all the documents were emailed to me straight away.”

“A very positive conversation with Your customer service representative. He made the process of switching from an unoccupied property awaiting for tenants to an unoccupied property after 60 days. He took away a very stressful situation, that made total sense, unlike my current provider. I will be transferring all my property renewals to yourselves, once their current terms have expired.”
