“Still not recieved my order. Ordered a month ago. Have contacted customer service multiple times and recieved uncaring replies. They haven't been able to help this entire time. I've asked for a refund twice and they've ignored that in my emails. Not sure what to do other than going to my card provider now.”

Ordered two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived.
Customer service are slippier than an eel, will ignore emails, won’t answer calls, will cut you off after 42 minutes of waiting. They have absolutely no intention of helping you and absolve themselves of any blame - pushing it all onto the courier”
