DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE MEDICATION Read the 1* reviews before you buy anything from this company - unfortunately I did not. I purchased Mounjaro - the manufacturer requires it to remain within 2-8 degrees C and as such it needs to be shipped with due care and attention and a reliable courier. UK MEDS use Yodel - it was dispatched Monday and was supposed to arrive Tuesday...and the Wednesday...but finally turned up on Thursday. I rejected the parcel as it's efficacy will have been compromised and it is no longer fit for purpose. I am existing user and my previous suppliers shipped in a large box, wrapped with fleece and containing ice packs. They ship 24hrs (reliably with Royal Mail & DPD) and on receipt the ice packs are almost melted. UK MEDS ships in a tiny jiffy bag - clearly no where near the same level of insulation or cooling material. It was in transit 4 DAYS - there is no way it will haver remained with in the required temperature range. The mark of a company is what they do when things go wrong - I appreciate the delay was due to Yodel's incompetence - but this situation is certainly not of my making; yet UK MEDS refuse to accept they have failed in this situation and take responsibility/resolve it. Instead, they blame for refusing to accept temperature sensitive medication that has been in transit for 4 days this week whilst temperatures have been between16-18 degrees. They try to hide behind their terms that medication cannot be returned - failing to address the fact that the medication is no longer fit for purpose. They have totally failed in their duty of care as a pharmacy. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have had an extremely poor experience with UK Meds and would strongly advise others to avoid using them. I ordered Mounjaro 2.5mg and later 5mg doses from their website. While ordering online was relatively straightforward, the problems started with delivery. Both times, my parcels arrived with the medication boxes bashed up and crumpled, showing a total lack of care from their couriers. When I contacted UK Meds' customer service, they dismissed the issue, showing no concern at all. Further attempts to reach customer service were even worse: I left a voicemail as instructed when their lines were "down" — no one ever called me back, even after more than a week. Another time I tried to call their phone message said they were closed for Easter weekend — despite it being well after Easter. Emails to addresses listed on their website bounced back as undeliverable. Most alarmingly, my recent delivery (ordered 23/04) was promised for 24/04 but didn't arrive. It finally turned up on 28/04. I was given a 1-3pm window so stayed in all day and it turned up at 5:30pm, with the Yodel driver being extremely rude, offering no explanation or apology, he didn't say anything at all just took a photo of the parcel in my hand and walked off. I was not surprised to see that the box was bashed up again only this time the ice pack completely melte also and the Mounjaro pen was warm to the touch. This was seriously concerning given it should be kept refrigerated. UK Meds’ response? When I called and managed to get through they told me they had "done tests" and that refrigeration wasn’t necessary, despite packing it with an ice pack, and refused to offer any solution or escalation to management. I had just spent £140 on medication that is not ineffective and potentially unsafe to inject into my body. Adding insult to injury, unlike other reputable online pharmacies, UK Meds doesn’t provide essential extras such as needle heads, alcohol wipes, or sharps bins — you have to source these yourself. While their prices (£135 for 2.5mg, £140 for 5mg) might be slightly cheaper, it’s very clear that you are paying for substandard service, poor-quality handling, and a shocking lack of customer care. In short: I could not recommend UK Meds lowly enough. They treat critical medication — and their customers — with a level of disregard that is truly disgusting.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Handling of Serious Medication Concern I have been a loyal customer of UK Meds for years, but my recent experience has completely shattered my trust in this company. I received medication with packaging that appeared to have been tampered with. Concerned about the integrity of the medication, I immediately contacted UK Meds to report the issue. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, their Customer Service Manager, Ashley, was dismissive and unprofessional, prioritising challenging my credibility over investigating a potentially serious issue with prescription medication. At no point during my initial report was I asked for photographic evidence (even though I took some photos of the damaged and open packaging) yet later, UK Meds refused to escalate my complaint even though I had sent photos, on the basis that I had not provided 'the correct' images. Had I been asked at the time, I would have taken photos before disposal. Their handling of this issue has been appalling. Instead of conducting a proper investigation into the tampered and damaged packaging, they stonewalled my complaint and refused to acknowledge the legitimate concerns I raised. For a company selling prescription medication, their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to ensure patient safety is deeply concerning. Given this experience, I will never use UK Meds again and strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from them. A company that refuses to properly investigate medication concerns is not one that should be trusted with people’s health. Avoid UK Meds.

AVOID UK MEDS! Dreadful customer service and their services offered are misleading! Their website & app shows next day delivery if ordered before 2:30pm, also free delivery over £50. I ordered an injectable medication that needs to be kept chilled, cost of order was over £200, I did not get free delivery. I ordered on Monday expecting to take delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, I waited at home all Wednesday, all Thursday and NOTHING, the customer service department was unhelpful and rude. They use Yodel (cheap and slow), tracking was updated on Friday, while I was attending a hospital appointment, giving me just over 1 hours notice to get back home and receive the delivery, which I couldn’t do as I was in hospital. So 4 days it took to attempt delivery with hardly any notice! They are oblivious it seems to the fact people can’t just sit around for days waiting for their substandard services. Apparently it wasn’t dispatched until Wednesday, Yodel has taken 2 days to collect and another 2 days to attempt delivery. If and when I do manage to get the medication it will no doubt be spoiled. I will never deal with these amateurs again!! Use a more reputable professional honest company AVOID UK MEDS.

DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY I've done it twice and both times the didn't deliver it next day. It's not the £4.95, it's the stress of not getting the medication on time. This time I asked for my £4.95 back. This was their reply: "Hi there, Due to our delivery services not being a guarantee i am unable to offer you a refund or a credit for the shipping charges. We apologise for the inconvenience. How would you rate my reply?" I give them 1 star because they offer a good range medications available wihout a prescription. BUT they should make it more clear that next day delivery is an aspiration on their part and not a guarantee.

Ordered on Saturday, expecting it to be processed on Monday. But no. They got round to looking at it on Tuesday, then took until Wednesday to get it out. It eventually arrived late on Thursday. Given the condition for which the course was required requires speedy initiation, the whole process was an utter waste of time. And to think I paid for next day delivery….

Still not recieved my order. Ordered a month ago. Have contacted customer service multiple times and recieved uncaring replies. They haven't been able to help this entire time. I've asked for a refund twice and they've ignored that in my emails. Not sure what to do other than going to my card provider now.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service are slippier than an eel, will ignore emails, won’t answer calls, will cut you off after 42 minutes of waiting. They have absolutely no intention of helping you and absolve themselves of any blame - pushing it all onto the courier
