"Iron Man 306 multi gym with punch bag.\nIve not had any contact with the company so cannot comment on service. The items (several boxes) arrived in good time I knew it would be a flat pack nightmare but OMG 10 hours to build including a trip to tool station to get a 16mm drill bit to make the metal grommets fit the breast exerciser Bolt connections. I'm in my fifties and have a lot of experience in building and am mechanically minded and I struggled, the instructions are not to bad then leave you short at the end leaving you to work it out yourself. The only items marked are the boys and bolts and that's done badly in the instructions a grommet is listed as a punch pad? None of the components are marked with numbers or letters to say what they are you just have to try and work it out from drawings in the poor instructions at least Ikea label their parts and some of their stuff can be testing!\nOnce constructed it's a fairly good bit of kit for the money and it got the thumbs up from my 17 year old son who tested it, so it will work properly if built correctly only time will tell if it has longevity, I think it will. \nBut trust me and be WARNED if you are not mechanically minded you WILL NOT be able to build this item!"
