“Hi purchased a vape kit via E bay. Delivery was a little slow, however the main issue is that the vape tank was damaged. (It looked as if it had been used before). I took photos of the damage and returned the vape to vape kings immediately l. I did send the item tracked. They received the item. They were given 48 hours to give my money back by E bay, which, THEY DID NOT DO. I have now opened a case against them via E Bay.”
“This company is unprofessional and a rip off ordered an item no confirmation so waited 3 days still nothing tried calling never any answer, I left a negative review and wow a reply in 10.mins, I was told my item had been sent yesterday and then was asked to remove negative review as u did not do this quick enoughbthey cancelled my order which they said was already sent avoid this company like the plague”
