“ Ulta has the most horrific online and in-store customer service. Pathetic, inept workers in-store and horrible product delivery and quality online. Orders consistently wrong and employees with disgusting attitudes. We will no longer buy from this store. Hopefully, they go under. ”

When I went to pick it up, there was an additional postage due charge of $7.60 from FedEx that I had to pay for my delivery to be released.
