I placed an order in mid-December to get it for Christmas as advertised on the website. My expected delivery date was December 18th. It’s now Christmas Day, exactly 1 week later, and I haven’t received anything. Stick with Sephora.

Then continued to say that he actually could not cancel because it had been shipped( shipped within 10 minutes mins you) he said I could refuse delivery and wait a week or two to be refunded.

I placed an order yesterday for same day delivery, today. Ulta changed it to tomorrow instead. I’m going out of town for the week and no one will be here. Ulta refuses to cancel the order. They will refund the delivery fee, but I get to pay for a package that will not still be on my porch after a week. Shop Sephora or target instead. Seriously.
