Charlatans - never refund as promised but my case is being handled by TS who are back in the office tommrow cannot wait to ge this ball rolling and to get my money plus more back through a court of law - I have transcripts and emails with promises never came of anything - there is a lot of us wanting justice we will get it !

DO not use this company !
Bought an iwatch and then cancelled my order in the same day
Spoke to a member of their team who said that was ok and they would refund my car
Week later no refund . Called them to be told my product iwatch had been posted and delivered. So I have no watch and am out of pocket by £130 !

i wish I had read these reviews before I ordered an ipad from them.
It was advertised as in excellent condition and arrived chipped,dead and with no charger cable. It was returned to them the same day and although they keep saying the refund is being processed I am still waiting over a week later to see any evidence of it.
