“I like the products and my skin feels hydrated and glowing for my age. I would rate a 5 if I could contact my local ultraceutical person to book a review and facial, but the phone number at David Jones in the Adelaide CBD isn't answered. Better communication with local utlraceuticals would be welcomed.”

“Love the products, however there is no loyalty program! Mecca, Clairns, Sephora all have a loyalty program and believe you should do so. I enjoyed seeing your secret blind box of products a few months ago, and thought it was a great idea, however it would of been good to have those boxes for different skin types so you knew you werent wasting money or product on different skin types which were suited to you. Your David Jones and store profiles all need to match! Have called up before to be told that theey didnt know what was on the david jones profile as it was different to their customer service profile. That needs to be fixed asap. Have seen you are doing more promo which is great!! Loving those.”

“Disappointed so far. Package received leaking and dirty- with a long hair in it too. Hoping the product will change my mind. However not sure it’s actually off or not? Is it supposed to have a funny smell? I Have sent an email but yet to receive a response from the company.”
