“Dont expect to receive your order anytime soon. Its been months since I ordered my caftan, and although the customer service is responsive on email there is no follow through. I am beginning to think its all a sham.”
“I ordered the Frida caftan in S/M. It took several months to arrive. The fabric and color are absolutely gorgeous. The cut of the garment is hopeless. The sleeves are smallish (I'm 5'3, 120 lbs) and the chest/top of the dress is gigantic, billows of fabric. I understand caftans and wear them regularly. This isn't that. I sent an email asking for relief and they told me 'that's just a caftan, lots of fabric'. I would return it but it will likely cost me $75 US to send it back to Australia. I'm going to take it to a seamstress and pay more money now to make it wearable. Such a bummer.”
