“Ordered and paid for items in discount sale.after 5 days wondering what was happening received email cancelling my order.contacted them on their chat app on the website.after explaining I hadn't cancelled the order they said it was due to no stock.i pointed out I could still purchase the item on their website but at higher price and after going round in circles was told nothing they could do but I could still purchase it at the new inflated price once my original funds were returned.....laughable customer service and extremely poor attitude overall.
My advice would be to go to a supplier of sporting goods who actually cares about its rep and customers.if you look around they have shocking feedback wish I'd read it before my initial order.”
“Slow Delivery, but the items were Great!
Placed the order on the 29th November, and didn't recieve it until the 10th December- I think that is too long, esp when you don't recieve any notifications when waiting this length of time. I chased them and got told they were busy. But when you are ordering christmas presents you expect a 5 day turn around.
Don't order for Christmas you won't get it in time!
The item was great.”
