“DO NOT USE I entrusted valuable items with MyBaggage and after weeks of corresponding back and forth, I have been told that my Golf Clubs cannot be located. Two (less valuable) bags arrived, however the more valuable items went missing. After repeatedly requesting updates, the only responses I received were that “DHL were looking into the matter and were searching warehouses”. MyBagggae make you purchase additional compensation cover notwithstanding that you pay extremely excessive fees for the service and entrust valuables in their care. MyBaggage do not monitor (or take any initiative to monitor) the shipments and therefore are clueless as to where any baggage may ultimately end up. The lack of tracing, disregard to their duty of care and lack of interaction with the courier company is extremely concerning and very little interest will be shown when items ‘go missing’ from warehouses. Please do not under any circumstances use this service, especially if transporting items of any commercial or sentimental value.”
