"I purchased one of their Bye Bye knots wigs (20 inches) on September 11th for $223.15. Had the wig installed on 9\/28. After having it professionally installed the - the back of the wig constantly tangled. Fortunately for me I have had to deal with matted and tangled wigs in years. Pretty sad to pay over $200 for a wig that tangles the way as such. And the merchant refuses to do an even exchange but want to give me a wig with a shorter length (16 inches) or $45 to to have the wig repaired - there's no way to repair a wig with poor quality hair. The only thing you can do at this point is trash the wig. I'm writing in hopes to get help with rectifying this issue. Either a full refund (and I can send back the wig) or even exchange value."
