Refund - Difficult

I stated that I would prefer a refund as a twice used machine should not be having its pump replaced (pressure washer - so main item of this machine) after only two uses.

We have been fighting with Union Mart to get it replaced or a refund to no avail .

I purchased a welder from Union Mart through Amazon and the receipt entitled me to a £10.00 refund for a 5 star review on Amazon and Google. I did this as I was happy with the welder and did not hear from Union Mart again. Emailed their reviews address twice and no response. Might have been a scam to get a 5 start review.

Union Mart sell faulty goods, valve failure after 1 hour, refused to refund, refused to collect.

Purchased pressure washer 5th of April on backorder, item supposed to be back in stock on 17th of May, comes 17th of May checking on their website - item not in stock, all the fun begins, long story short, called there customer support numerous times, been told different lies every single time I called them, starting with - item arrived today will be shipping tomorrow you’ll receive it within few days, item will be back in stock in 2 weeks and will be shipped to me, item not in stock , order canceled and will refund me, no refund call again, different rep this time but the same story, will refund me , nearly 4 months later, neither pressure washer, neither money!

Terrible customer service, commit to refunds in writing then back track, terrible generator, used twice and broke, returned at our cost, "fixed" and sent back and was worse post repair than it was before we sent it back, how does a brand new machine have fault but more how does a repaired item leave their workshop dangerously faulty??? Insisting on repairing again even though I've made it so clear I want a refund, which they completely ignore and carry on.

Ordered a pressure washer. Did not arrive. Poor customer service. One week on and no refund.

DHL lost the package. After a number of missed promised delivery dates I told DHL to send it back to the seller when theyfound it. I told the seller and asked for a refund. Now the seller is refusing to refund as they've not received the goods back. In short they're holding onto £600 of my money against an issue between DHL and themselves. Avoid doing business with them, I certainly will.

I have now emailed them to cancel the order and refund me, as yet no reply so it looks like i will have to take matters further.
