When the products reached the warehouse, one of the items from the returns was found missing and UNIQLO didnt offer refund for that item claiming that the products returned were partial and that they cannot offer any resolution.

I will NEVER order online with UNIQLO AGAIN.
The online refund/exchange policy is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!
I exchanged one item in store for a different item of a much greater cost. Despite purchasing this in store, UNIQLO has marked my receipt:
'Exchange only, online order'.
