“I ordered a shirt and the wrong product came, I ordered the white and black top however a white and bright orange one came instead. I emailed the customer service team about an exchange as returns are not free. I have got no reply for them. Called their customer service number several times and I still have no answer. Absolutely appalled, not worth the hassle”

“Shocking service, product and communication. Item looked second hand when it turned up (photos added as proof). I believe that they keep re listing this very same item because there’s only ever 1 size large that keeps re appearing on the site. Sent it back the next day and after next to no replies to my numerous emails I’ve finally had a refund after almost 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs!!”

“Paid £77 for a Moschino T-shirt and never received it. Tried contacting them via email, Facebook, Instagram, tried all the phone numbers I could find plus all the email addresses for customer service. Not one reply. Having to go through Paypal to try and recover the money. Perhaps they have went out of business and are just now taking your money. Stay clear. I have included screenshots to prove they have read the messages”

“Bit of a joke this outfit, made an order about a month ago, after a week of nothing was refunded, item not in stock, fair enough. Thought I’d give them a second chance, my latest order has been sat at ‘received’ for a week now, took my money quick enough of course, sent them 3 mails that have been ignored, yes mysteriously positive reviews have been cropping up in the meantime?? Won’t bother trying again, avoid like the plague. They also just removed this review earlier and a refund has appeared.”

“Terrible service. Received an email to say my order had been dispatched with a delivery date only to receive another email 2 days later saying it was out of stock and I would be sent a refund!”
