“This company is either inept or untrustworthy – take your pick. Ordered 1000 Lt on December 16th for delivery on 24th. Never arrived and no communications until I chased on January 2nd. I then continued to chase for 2 days and was eventually told no delivery until January 6th. No attempt to communicate with me at any time, barely attempted to apologise. Disgraceful, incompetent and potentially dodgy. Strongly suggest they are to be avoided. Called Kettlewells with urgent need to replace – they delivered within 2 working days.”
